Pros

Most of the people you will meet are great and full of energy. This may be considered a pro or a con but most reps are under 25.

Cons

They don't deliver on promises, both wages and promotion. Lots of travel on your own dime (transit cost or gas and vehicle ware and tare). Expected to do some things on your own time without compensation. You are paid by the hour but expect to be on long conference calls, but together binders , etc. on your own time. You are on your feet all day. You will rarely make commission because the goals are set so high; so expect minimum wage. And Finally with some managers if your a rep EVERYTHING is your fault.

Pros

Fast paced. I learn something new every single day about myself and all that it takes to become a true entrepreneur. My manager Matt, is the best person I've ever worked for. Pushes me to my fullest potential ever day. Team nights are my favorite though. Any job I've ever had, I've never felt this close and supported than how i feel at titan elements.

Cons

This isn't really a con because i wanted a full time job 40hrs. Mainly because I like making money, and not being lazy. But if you're looking to work 3 hours a day, look elsewhere.

Pros

The sky is the limit!!! This place is awesome because you can go as far as you want and desire to go! You learn so much and REALLY grow each day. Everybody is for everybody and they are there for encouragement every step of the way. The lessons learned here are also very beneficial to everyday life. I took with me so much from this company. Anybody at any level of the business was just a phone call away! It's truly amazing!! And the president of the company has got to be the coolest, most laid back and giving boss I've ever had!!

Cons

So, you have to be willing to put in major hours in driving as well as working. You have to know that you will only get out of this what you put into it. You have to be ready to make sacrifices until you get where you're going. Once you get there, the payoff is huge!! I will also say that you have to be ready to tackle some small and large challenges every day. You have to know that these are what help you grow!! It is so fast paced that you literally can't keep up with what day is what. This position definitely takes a very strong person so get you're hard hat on and reach those goals!!!
