Pros
the people. Can't praise them enough. They bond together like slaves did on board a slave ship. The survival of the fittest.
Cons
Constant micromanaging. Senior management helpless to do anything because the directors who are stuck in the 19th century refuse to listen to anyone else's opinion. They don't even know half their staff member's names even though some have been there for more than 6 years! Owners treat like slaves. Work them to the bone, to literally breaking point. Owners don't trust staff, demand that everyone writes lists of what they are doing, then can't understand why staff never get any work done. Have so many meetings that there isn't any time to do any work. Minimum wage is higher than what the average staff member gets here. Constant shouting at staff members then can't understand why everyone wants to resign. Don't even think they like each other as they are constantly screaming at each other in front of staff. Always blaming staff members who have resigned for all the companies' problems. The building itself is a massive fire hazard and health and safety risk. Padlocks on the front doors and a few times staff have been locked in the building. Leaving this company is the best thing you can ever do!
