      Pros

      Pleasant atmosphere in the office

      Cons

      They only value money and not the people. I’ve seen many sad situations where they just simply fire employees even though these people are performing well and have unlimited contracts. Tiqets is financed by investors, they don’t make any profit themselves, so they are under high pressure to be financially healthy. Not a good employer if you are a loyal employee and expect a loyal employer too.

      Tiqets is a very relaxed setting with a lot of great people in the organization.

      Cons

      Headquarters are located in Amsterdam so there is a lot of zoom meetings.

      Startup culture sometimes does not provide desired professional growth depending where you are in your own career.
