The company is highly sales focused and overrides all the set procedures. It’s mainly focused around bringing in more clients and does not focus on the growth of any other departments or teams. Be very careful about taking up an offer with a good salary in this company because you’ll be the first person to get fired!!! The company aggressively fires employees to safeguard their profits and not as a last resort. It doesn’t value good employees and prefers people who are superficial The senior leadership team is not very reliable or refined and it basically projects the company culture If you are juggling between offers make sure that you drop this one no matter how good it seems and pick the other Most of the favourable reviews seen on glassdoor are from locations like israel their base location which has a lot of favouritism from the Israeli CEO and others from London and Amsterdam which are newly added locations with only SALES people. Look out for reviews from San Mateo or Vancouver or Toronto where you can see a clear picture . Bottom line please don’t join this organization if you have other options
