Pros
I've been here for 3+ years and have seen a great deal of growth and change. When I started we had 40 employees. On 12/31/2019 we had 240 and we will continue that growth trajectory throughout 2020. Likewise in that time, our customers have grown from 450 to over 900! Growth like that cannot be supported without retooling our sales process and territory management. Management has made investments in tools, training, and territories to help us all succeed. Our sales culture is not the blame game so often associated with stagnant companies. Management from our CRO to VPs to Region Managers are all completely focused on making us successful. Everyone throughout the company inside and outside Sales chips in to help. I'm thrilled to be here and can't wait for what the next three years will bring.

None really. There is so much purposeful though put into shortening the on-ramp. All it takes is an investment in time from ourselves.
