TinyOwl Chennai just started its operations in Chennai (June'2015) recruited around 35 employees. before completing 3 months , they laid off around 15 employees. The reason they stated that they recruited more employees than actual and HR team admitted that "Layoff " decision is their sole mistake. don't trust this company.
