Pros
Inside Sales training is very thorough so that you don't have to come with any prior sales experience, just drive. The management team likes to have fun, but also incentivizes you to over achieve. They're transparent and extremely supportive as long as you're upfront and honest with them. The field sales teams you support are generally very fair and willing to boost your reputation when you succeed.
Cons
Performing poorly, as with any sales organization, will bring scrutiny. Since this organization is small and tight-knit, many eyes will be on you if you're not up to the challenge. Inside Sales is not for everyone, so you need to be honest with yourself to know if you can handle the grind.
