      Pros

      Tintri is one of the hottest pre-IPO companies in the bay area. The Engineering team of Tintri is the top-tier in the bay area. A lot of amazing Engineers who are very knowledgeable and are willing to help others. The "no-jerk" policy and the engineering-driven environment make working in Tintri both rewarding and fun.

      Pros

      Great work environment, Awesome management, Career, job, and skills growth, Not too automated, Great PTO and Benefits, Cool work laptops, Fair salary options, Nice co-workers will turn into family.

      Cons

      Safety hazards, not-too-clear communication from outsourced hires, sometimes heavy work loads, team/platform budgets sometimes have to continue begging.
