Cons
Where do i start?? Congratulations to the management team for achieving the title of 'Worst Management in the Industry'! It's truly impressive how you've managed to cultivate an environment filled with politics, exploitation, and toxicity. It's like stepping into a corporate nightmare, and it seems you're actively striving to make that a reality. The Founder of Chennai is clearly a "SENSITIVE BABY" with a towering ego. God forbid anyone offer constructive feedback – they might bruise his delicate feelings. But who can blame him with all the spineless Yes men fawning over him, desperately trying to cling to relevance? And let's not forget the Group Account Managers – masters of incompetence. But can we really blame them? After years of bootlicking, they've fallen so far behind the competition they can't even grasp the basics of communication. Bravo. Your HR policy is a shining example of shadiness. Terminating employees for being a few minutes late or docking their pay without warning? How humane. No wonder your HR team is a revolving door – who'd want to stick around in such a toxic environment? Well, except for that one HR person who's figured out how to butter up the founder – kudos to them for playing the game. Your complete disregard for clients and their work is truly astounding. It's all about the bottom line, right? Who cares about respecting the people who keep the lights on? There's a reason for having the hightest attrition rate in a creative agency. In summary: if you're willing to grovel at the feet of the founders and top management, congratulations – you'll fit right in. But if you value integrity and want to work in a positive environment, you couldn't pay me enough to sign that joining letter. Keep up the great work, folks. Or not.
