Pros
- Very warm welcome when joining - Plenty of opportunity to meet and become familiar with all levels of the company from juniors to directors. - Some really lovely employees who go out of their way to make sure you’re comfortable with the workload and are happy at work in general.
Cons
- Lack of management and briefing. - instances of bullying, especially in very busy periods of business. - lack of acknowledgment of peers disruptive behaviour.
