Pros

Coworkers (some of them) Bonus Opportunities (only for senior management titles and above) Casual Dress Summer Hours

Cons

For some roles, the pay is not equal to the tasks assigned. If you are looking for a promotion or any type of recognition you have to be marked as one of the "favorites." Upper management has NO IDEA the amount of time, energy, and expertise it takes to keep parts of the business operational and successful. Departments constantly fight with each other and play the "blame game." Directors and VP's included. Tons of deflection. Nobody wants to take responsibility. You can blatantly voice your concerns to your superior about the behavior of your coworkers being toxic and unethical and provide examples and say multiple times "I feel uncomfortable" and NOTHING will come from it because that coworker is your superior's "favorite." If management does try to address these issues they will do so in the form of pizza parties or happy hours. It's never communication and accountability. The brand is stuck in the dark ages. Failing to conduct any market research or consumer insights about products and simply designing watches based on "good feelings" or personal preference from a select group of people. Upper management then expects all products to be a raging success and sell out each and every time and is absolutely furious when it does not happen and looks to the teams to figure out why the products are not selling when it's blatantly obvious it's from little consumer research, poor branding, and a packed product launch schedule.

Pros

Employees are extremely positive and surrounded by a lot of hardworking individuals. Most people are trying to do a good job and move the company in the right direction. When necessary, the company is great about unlimited personal/sick time and plenty of ability to rollover any unused vacation time. Sometimes, there’s a lot of downtime, but it’s becoming less common.

Cons

The executive team’s leadership is severely lacking. Despite their inability to navigate the organization effectively, they continue to demand upward mobility for their employees. When employees are unable to meet these expectations, they are subjected to harsh criticism and unreasonable demands. The executive team prioritizes its own interests over those of the employees who are responsible for the work. Issues are only addressed when the executive team is directly affected. The organizational processes are inadequate. Employees are constantly required to reassess procedures and provide explanations to every level of the company. There is a lack of overall direction and a sense of individual autonomy within each department. Departments operate independently, resulting in inconsistencies and difficulties in achieving alignment.
