None. What a nightmare... you learn nothing but how sickening senior management treats people.
Cons
Abuse of time, belitting by senior staff, no amount of effort is good enough. Don't expect to have a say or opinion because you will get burned. Total dictatorship by a crazy woman who clearly has mental health issues and a CEO who is terrified of her. Insane how two people can ruin an entire company.
