Nice people. Most of the time there is a good life work balance. R&D has some great people. Mothers are welcomed.
Cons
Elusive market - the company is chasing a pipe dream of corporate trading yet nobody seems to know what it is and who are the customers. This is actually not new - if you read the other reviews. Management is weak. CEO is smokes and mirrors act: at first looks nice. Later you discover that he often doesn’t tell you the whole story. He lacks understanding of the product and won’t be bothered by the facts. Poor listener that keep on peddling stories about imaginary prosperity that awaits us all. I mean he can talk about thousands of users and than you see the number (CPU, queries, GA). After time it is nauseating. Now think about the VPs under him and consider the culture... There are no online sales so adding customers is a long process.
