Always working and active so the shift will feel like it flies by.

The team leads and managers are either negligent, contradictory, or in some cases flat out racist. In my first 2 months working there a team lead had said the N slur to me as what im guessing was meant to be a joke. (Im white) and as all of the namagers and team leads are friends and have their on groupchat they like to talk bad about others to during the shift. Its very hard to know who you could trust to report them too.

No need to commute to different location

No recognition, and the pay is too little for the amount of work needed to be done in a day.
