Long hours but if you put them in you will be rewarded with great commissions.

Home every night, no weekend work unless you wanted it.

Owner, upper management, not wanting to pay correct milage percentage, dirty dealings with employees and customers. Lying salespeople and then having to deal with customers they lied to.
