Great mission, lots of opportunities for growth, the organization is always striving to be better and do things better. A really FUN team and good patient care!

Cons

Not really a con- but you need to be open to trying new things. This organization is always learning about how to grow and be better!

Pros

Lots of freedom, as long as there's coverage vacations & time off aren't a problem. Generous PTO package. Great staff at most offices. 401K with matching, High salary rates.

Cons

Newly joined with a company partner who is confusing to work for.

Was a good company until they sold to a larger group.

Cons

Owners Sold out. Everything changed. Management became non existent and there was no direction. Too bad.
