Pros
The best reason to work at tim hortons was the good hours if you wanted hours they would give you as many as you wanted, if you did not want hours they would give you the amount you needed they really did try and give you your hours. The staff and customers are almost always happy no real complainers, the work environment is friendly and well trained. The job offers pay increase every 3 months which as an employee for 1 year i recieved too raises so they are given out when deserved. tips are always good and you can always have a good return, breaks and lunchs are given appropriately and the overall hours scheme is good
Cons
BAD communication between both the front staff and the back staff as well as the managers and asst. managers. The front counter staff believed that it was the best and should be making more money than anyone else, they believed that they do the work when really the most work comes from the bakers who really have to put more effort into it. it is over a good job but the managers will yell at you for jobs you have done and jobs that are another employees duty so there really is no reliable communication.
