No career growth for entry level staff: Despite promises of growth opportunities, there is minimal support for career advancement. Employees are often left at the mercy of their line manager and the best excuse is "promotions only happen in april and october", but promotions for senior staff somehow happen randomly during the year. Entry level staff are left to rot for years unless someone senior advocates for them - they hire externally while exploiting talent that is right infront of them and then wonder why employees are ready to leave.
Unreasonable Workload. Many employees struggle with overwhelming workloads. There seems to be an expectation to consistently meet tight deadlines without adequate resources or compensation/reward, which leads to burnout and high turnover and resentment amongst a LOT of the core teams.
Inadequate Communication: There is a significant communication breakdown between departments, resulting in confusion and inefficiencies. Important information often doesn’t trickle down to the teams, creating frustration and misalignment. HR is only there to protect the managers, if you are thinking of starting off at entry level here, DONT.
Salary: Several roles have been retitled while workload remains high. Tillo think they are smart by doing this because if salaries are questioned, they look at the average salary of these new titles and say that its in line with the average. The manipulation does not end here, it is a continuous theme in the company.
