The company provides great benefits and a comfortable work environment. The pay is fair if not more than fair, and the company provides excellent opportunities for those who take advantage of them. Leadership has started to take accountability for past mistakes and has made a noticeable change in recent months when it comes to the focus of the company and painting the picture of what winning looks like
Cons
Start-Up life is hard and not for everyone. Lots of ambiguity, quick changing of direction, and a lack of consistent communication. Tilled is no different. If you aren't someone who likes the chaos and the hustle of a startup, Tilled is not for you.
