Pros

The organization consistently demonstrates its commitment to prompt compensation by disbursing salaries in advance of the scheduled payment date.

Cons

Organizing Drug Parties: It has come to my attention that a TL from Asia has been involved in organizing and/or attending gatherings or events that involve the use of illegal drugs. This behavior not only violates company policies but also sets a negative example for the team. Favoritism: A TL from Asia appears to show favoritism towards employees who attend the aforementioned parties or engage in other inappropriate activities. This has created a sense of unfair treatment among team members and has eroded trust and team cohesion. Mobbing: There have been instances where a TL from Asia has engaged in mobbing behavior, including verbal harassment, humiliation, and intimidation of certain team members. This has led to a hostile and unhealthy work environment. Discrimination: I have witnessed instances of discrimination by a TL from Asia against individuals based on factors such as gender, race, and personal beliefs. Such discriminatory actions are not only ethically wrong but also unlawful. Gossip and Lying: A TL from Asia has been involved in spreading false information and rumors about team members and colleagues, which has led to a toxic workplace environment. Additionally, A TL from Asia has been found lying about various work-related matters.

Pros

There are some truly fantastic and talented people in the company who make daily collaboration a great experience. Additionally, the insurance and overall health benefits package is quite strong and comprehensive.

Cons

The work culture is heavily driven by top-down directives from HQ, leaving little room for open discussion, transparency, or questioning management decisions. The bi-yearly rating cycle feels highly punitive and is frequently used to target individuals rather than foster growth, leading to an environment where anyone can be abruptly let go. Work-life balance is virtually non-existent due to tedious, high-volume workloads and constant alignment with overseas timelines. Furthermore, leadership instability is a constant concern; local management changes rapidly, frequently replaced by leaders from the parent company, creating an unpredictable and highly volatile work environment.
