Pros
Supportive colleagues who make the day-to-day bearable.
Cons
My experience here fell far short of what was promised during the interview process. I was told I’d have clear growth opportunities and a supportive environment, but the reality was quite different. Communication with management is severely lacking. Feedback is rarely given directly, and when it is, it’s vague or contradictory. I was often told my performance was “fine” or “great,” only to later hear through others that management had significant issues with my work, which were never addressed with me directly. This lack of transparency created a stressful and confusing environment.
Additionally, I found management’s behavior to be unprofessional at times. There were instances of inappropriate comments and gossip about employees, which inevitably circulated and damaged team morale. It’s disheartening to work in a place where leadership speaks negatively about their own staff behind their backs.
The company’s systems and processes are another major pain point. They are disorganized, overly complex, and poorly communicated, making it difficult to perform efficiently. Work distribution also feels unfair, with some employees overloaded while others are underutilized, and it seems to depend more on favoritism than merit or capacity.
Overall, the management team puts on a façade of positivity and fairness, but the reality doesn’t match up. I hope they address these issues to create a more transparent and equitable workplace.
