      Pros

      No more pros since the former management team retired or left.

      Cons

      Unrealistic expectations. Poor job descriptions. Obtaining and maintaining certifications is highly discouraged and are of no value to performance review. Technology direction comes from vendors with a blind nod from management. This is not a good company to work for anymore.

      There's never been any pros.

      Cons

      Greedy company that takes away from their employees every year. Client advisors make less and less every year. You are not human to this company, you are a server and you are disposable. My experience was at the 3 story Royal Hawaiian store. They praise you for overworking yourself, only time you'll get that.
