Private company. They say it's family orientated. There are a lot of family members who are related that work there. Beware this company does gossip a lot. More than the average gossip. Your private information will be known to nearly everyone Within the first few days. Keep everything personal to yourself. There is no room for growth. There are no reviews or pay raises unless you are "good" with the right people
