Pros
TierOne has an outstanding benefits package for full time employees, including reasonably priced health care and great dental and vision plans. Employees begin with 2 weeks of paid vacation annually and are given 3 weeks after five years of service. Management is committed to promoting from within the bank, they truly reward dedicated and loyal employees. The compensation is good, especially the bonuses and commissions.
Cons
Communication from upper management is often vague, if communicated at all. Many employees that have been here for 20+ have simply stopped doing their jobs and are allowed to get away with this kind of behavior. Simply put, they are stagnant. Also, outside of annual reviews I get little to no feedback from my supervisor, this seems to be a common theme with many employees.
