Very limited job definition. They may hire you on as a chemist, laborer, driver or operation but in reality they make anyone do any job regardless of their title or qualifications. Very top heavy with limited room for advancement for the techs and supervisors who actually make the company run.

if I could make no stars that wood be more accurate. the safety issues are the biggest reson i left. people getting hurt there is normal and by OSHA standards next big event for them is a death. they are also so top heavy it's only a mater of time till they fall over. they are always hiring that's your big sign they hire so many people and lose them they had to find an outside company to help hire
