Pros
The pros of working within this organization are the students. The salary is reasonable and there are opportunities for getting raises and bonuses. The benefits are good as well.
Cons
This organization disguises itself as a school that caters to the needs of children with special needs when in actuality it is an organization that cares about how much profit is being made. Considering the fact that it is private, money is a higher priority. Administration is not only unsupportive of staff but students as well. They pick and choose which students should receive consequences for their actions. Staff members are treated poorly, if you are not a favorite of the administrator's be prepared to be given a hard time. Not only is discrimination allowed, but if it is brought to attention, it will get brushed off. If you do choose to work within this organization, having a lawyer on hand is extremely encouraged. ESSPECIALLY if you are a person of color.
