Pros
Some really great hard working colleagues. LTIP is okay but isn't enough to make up for the poor pay.
Cons
Nepotism runs rampant throughout the organization which creates a poor work environment due to a feeling that you always need to look over your shoulder. Pay is horrible and the benefits are poor. The company is being built on the backs of overworked underpaid employees.
