Great People, good pay structure

Long Hours, on call sometimes

The staff that are there are really a nice group of people that seem to care about what they are doing. They get the job done even though the owner is only looking at them as a number instead of people.

The owner would rather get rid of employees at the end of the year because "numbers" don't seem good. If employee's start to make too much money then the owner does a layoff to save money. The only employee's that are safe are mechanics and tow truck drivers. Don't work in the office or you will only make it a year.
