No cons that really come to mind

I am an administrative Specialist at Tidewater Inc. and I have had a very positive experience working here. The company culture is healthy and supportive. The onboarding and hiring process was smooth and efficient. I feel valued and respected by my colleagues and supervisors and trust the overall integrity.

Ideally, I would prefer a fully remote position and am grateful for the company's balance and offering a hybrid schedule.
