      Bad management decision An out of the way location Childish attitude to the product Someone unblushingly was playing air gun on the office but no one can stop him (He even brought a metal AXE and walked around our seats)

      - Flexible working hours - No supervision

      Cons

      - there are some scam projects - most projects do not have a clear roadmap and goal - bad financial status anytime you may be laid off - office location not friendly
