My name is Gerard Salvo and I’ve worked as a Human Resources professional for many years with a number of first-class organizations. For the past two years I have been HR Director at TideSmart Global. I’ve had the personal pleasure and professional honor of working with all of the great staff at our Agency. Our collaborative environment is unique and integral to the professional growth of our staff and business. Our CEO and other Senior Staff are fully engaged with our associates through daily coaching, weekly and monthly meetings and a performance review management program. From benefits (medical, dental, Life, 401K, PTO, professional development etc.) to environment (onsite fitness center, yoga workshops, company events, etc.) and community engagement (Red Cross Blood Drives, company paid time off for volunteering, support of numerous local charities, etc.) - I am proud of the work that we do and even more proud of how we respect and foster an employee-friendly approach in all areas of our business. We know that this post is an untrue depiction of our organization and while Glassdoor can be a valuable resource for providing employer insights to potential employees, it can also, as in this case, provide an anonymous mechanism for some individuals to unfairly attack companies and former associates for reasons connected to their own personal resentment. I truly believe that TideSmart Global is a great organization with thoughtful and engaged leadership.
