Hired pmp talent was absolutely some of the best people I’ve ever met in the industry
Cons
Misappropriating funds, lack of cohesive planning, no communication between siloes, poor management choices, committees for change that didn’t change Anything. Or made it worse. No employee voice. Backwards processes that were over complicated.
