Pros
It's a growing business that provides a unique service to it's target market. I also really enjoyed much of the people that I worked directly with.
Cons
I have no truly ill feelings towards this place, but I will be honest it's a very weird place to work. Very unclear expectations from management as far as what the job was supposed to entail. I felt as if I was simply hired to evaluate my fit, rather than interviewed and vetted thoroughly. Ultimately, I attribute my departure to bad fit and misunderstood expectations as to what they needed me to do. When I was let go I was told it was because of poor performance (which I am not a perfect employee by any means), but every conversation I had had with my manager before that was positive and receive no warning. Also, it's an office Job and you have to wear a uniform. Not a "dress code", which would be fine. A literal uniform. And they tell you they thrive on a culture of letting people do their own thing and be themselves. But then they literally tell you what to wear. Not like a deal breaker, but it is pretty weird.
