Pros
Some of the people there are great, they really care about doing a good job for the tenants and working well with colleagues.
Cons
There's a terrible culture of bullying. Anyone who is a bit different, or discloses any sort of reason they may need support (illness, neurodiversity etc) will be managed out of the business. One senior manager in particular is terrible, but people are told to just learn to get on with her.
