Excellent experience - QA Student Position Three Point Turn Employee Review

There is a lot of independent learning. I had to put extra effort every day because each day there will be a new challenge. This is a fast paced environment and every employee will be working on multiple projects. A lot of opportunities to learn. I got chance to work on a wide variety of projects. If you prove yourself you will be working on interesting projects back to back. The experience I gained working here gave me an edge in job interviews. The monthly town hall’s provides an insight into the company’s development and details about the new projects that are lining up. The daily standup’s brings lot of transparency into the workplace. There is not a single dull moment in the office with the exciting work and lively colleagues . The management makes sure to celebrate every event and encourages participation of the whole team. They respect and value their employees. -Understanding and excellent management and team. -Great place to update your technology stack. -Gives spectacular reference. -Team lunch at least once a month

I cant find any cons. The team makes you feel comfortable from your first day. I am grateful to be a part of 3PT.

3PT provides fast paced environment where and individual gets and opportunity to dive into a wide spectrum of interesting projects ranging from enterprise software systems, web and mobile applications, the list goes on. Their work environment is super friendly and welcoming and they have all been amazing mentors. CEO and management are always available and always want to actually get to know their employees. CEO has a clear vision and strategy; which drives the company in the right direction.
