1) Friendly colleagues and supervisors.
2) Lots of opportunities to grow in terms of skillset and responsibilities.
3) Relative independence in own responsibilities, result oriented management.
4) Small company, so not a lot of bureaucracy and red tape.
Cons
1) Company grew extremely fast over the past few years, resulting in some processes becoming outdated or obsolete.
2) Limited company benefits due to Three Learning being an SME.
