Thank you for your review. We're focused on continually improving Threads company and culture, so this is something we take seriously.
The response to our Engagement Survey has has been fantastic, with some really encouraging feedback for us to build on. At the same time, we've grown quickly in the last year and we recognise we haven't done everything perfectly. We've taken on board our improvement areas and have taken steps to develop our People plan for 2019 and beyond, including training (some of which is already being rolled out), re-designing our on-boarding and employee recognition across various formats.
Benefits - we have a comprehensive benefits plan, however, we recognise that as we are going through transformation, the messaging could have been clearer around how to access these. We're excited to be 're-launching' these soon so that there our people can ensure they are making the most of them.
