      - Great culture - The product is great with a long lasting future - Fairly open communication channel between senior leadership and individual contributors - Even though we are now a part of Cisco, we have retained our distinct identity

      - Nothing major to note. This is a part of every growing company and once identified, have been quickly remediated.

      Pros

      Great workplace, great people, great location, interesting projects.

      Cons

      No one told me what specific tools to use and how to get access to them for the project. Very slow and complex access control. Project management is chaotic and they don't have a clear idea of what they want to do. Leadership is basically a ghost. Followed up for full-time roles and have been ghosted for no reason.
