Pros
What Makes Me Proud to Work Here Impact and Learning: Working with two very different clients—one in retail and the other in manufacturing (aviation)—has been an incredible experience. In aviation, I had the chance to integrate ERPs using agile methodologies, which was both challenging and deeply enriching. It was an intense learning experience and an opportunity to connect technology and business in a way that truly made a difference. People Development: One of the things I value most is the support for people’s growth. I’ve always had the space to recognize the potential in those around me, encourage their development, and help them find their own path within the company. Thoughtworks not only allows this but actively encourages it. Social Impact: A moment that made me particularly proud was during the Covid-19 pandemic when I had the chance to contribute to social impact projects like Isus. Knowing that my work helped society during a time of crisis reinforced my sense of purpose in being here. Looking back at how I’ve been able to learn, teach, and make an impact in different areas makes me confident that I’m in the right place. For me, working at Thoughtworks isn’t just about projects or deliveries—it’s about continuous growth, meaningful contribution, and ensuring that as we evolve, we stay true to what makes this company special.
Cons
Challenges and Areas for Growth Scaling with Purpose: As the company grows and adapts to market demands, one of the key challenges is maintaining the core values and purpose that make Thoughtworks unique. Culture and Diversity: Thoughtworks has always been committed to fostering a culture of inclusion and diversity, which is essential in technology to address biases and build better solutions. As we scale, continuing to uphold and strengthen this commitment is crucial.
