- Room and support provided to experiment - People are vocal and give feedback actively - one of the main agile tenants is followed

Cons

- Currently the company is scaling big time post going public at break - hence, there is cultural evolution/change that few people may resist. But this evolution has pros and cons. - One of the specific cons would be Sodexo :P
