In addition, I really appreciate the importance given to continuous learning and growth and the amount of opportunities any person has to create a real impact in the business thanks to its flat structure and transparency. ThoughtWorks provides the opportunity to learn about many different technologies and good practices in interesting projects, mostly related to web development but also Data, AI and platforms. I also like ThoughtWorks feedback culture, which makes you be part of stronger teams and keep growing both as a professional and as a person.
