- Once a high quality consultancy, now a mostly empty shell that seems to be on its way to be be sold;
- Lower than average market salary;
- A huge gap between the promises and the reality; social and economic justice concerns were once a big driver and it's now a fading memory, for example.
- Constant instability regarding project assignments; very little control over what types of assignments you might get and constant threats of being laid off if you're not assigned to client projects.
- Very little support for people joining new assignments (usually with hours notice). Lack of consistent engagement frameworks, leaving consultants to figure things out, reinvent the wheel every assignment and save face in front of the client without any time or resources to prepare for it.
- A very top heavy structure masked as a flat organization. Leaders that take no accountability of negative impact over bad results and bully consultants into staying in line. Very hostile attitude towards Works Council.
