      Pros

      I have been with the company for 5 years and I have seen it evolving and changing over time. What I can observe is how its core values remain untouched. It is a healthy environment where people genuinely care and support each other in the daily work and in their growth.

      Cons

      I have heard that compensation provided by similar companies is higher. Still, I would not sacrifice the mental wellbeing and work-life balance that this company gives me for just a few thousand euros more.
