Pros

1. In the entry level(0-3years), money offered is good compared to companies like accntr/infy/tcs but then there are cons to it that i"ll mention in section below. 2. Free Cab facility, which is a good thing overall but it is only sometimes that you"ll feel the boundation that you have to report every movement to the transport department when you sit, when you are late, when there is a traffic jam. Still, its a pro.

Cons

The problem here is the culture and environment. it will suck the happiness out of your work life. 1. Hippocracy. 2.Nepotism 3. Favoritism, 4. Micromanagement, 5. secrecy, 6. Management specially denying all above points in any chance they get and in one to one meetings that they have recently started after the management got whopped by both Thoughtfocus and Blackstone post recent burst. People leaving like crazy, the whole face of the center has changed, no old faces now, people leave as soon as they realize what just happened to them in last year. And trust me all the good ones are leaving. Selected people not accepting the offers and the continuous interviews going in vain. Here, people dont talk, no team building interactions, no senior junior lessons and learnings. Managers rarely come in the bay for a funny one liner and leave. If you could manage to have a proper 5 minute conversation with the higher management or the team managers they will literally tell you then or later how open the culture is and how lucky you are that you could talk to them. The work load is high as the center specialize in low resource high efficiency model. How they achieve it is blog worthy but i"ll just say its not the right way. Leads "order" the work and others do it. Leads will shout and shut you up whenever they feel like. Taking 2 breaks a day is criminally offensive which you'll only get to know in your year end review. Stretching for work is not asked/requested, its ordered. Forget the compensation, saying "NO" is punishable act. Whenever you are late, you need to mail your managers cc your leads why you are late be it 5 mins. Its a very small thing but adds up to the whole frustration. You dare skip a level and request a meeting with manager you will hear for days how dare you not talk to lead first. They dont understand you can have a problem with your lead. Not even that, the structure of some teams is like after sqa there is directly manager. Oh wait! Actually you just dont know that the sqa was actually promoted to lead last year but hey, you cant know! because they dont even announce the promotions. May be they are themselves not sure about their decisions. Its only when some over enthusiastic people change their profile on linked in others get to know. Employees are updated about the building rent, the per person cab costing, not as any knowledge fact because what follows is a speech to make you realize and that you should feel how much the center thinks for employees. They don't let people go peacefully, they play random games with them, wont tell their last date till the end and then suddenly one day in between its the next day. They are so confused about that too.

Pros

None- the description of the company sounds great but it isn’t reality

Cons

1) Lacking integrity- discrimination, favoritism, nepotism, and sexism are all in play here 2) Poor Leadership- micromanagement, lack of direction/no strategy, lacking of experience, and no concern for others in company. It’s surprising to see such poor leadership in a company. Prior CEO, CBO, and CIO after acquisition, weren’t qualified. They are the primary reasons for the majority of the cons on this list. 3) Lack of communication 4) Lack of trust at all levels 5) No career growth 6) Poor sales 7) Poor operations 8) No energy 9) Lacking of consulting services intelligence 10) The culture is off the charts bad 11) There were some good leaders in the past but they were fired because they were a threat to new leaders 12) No future because all of the prior 11 listed cons
