Incredible company. I can't say enough about the people here, the support you receive, the opportunity you have to make meaningful contributions, the freedom you're provided to work when you're most effective, the trust the company has you in from the start to do the right thing, and the over-arching culture of the company.
Cons
You are responsible for your success. There is definitely an expectation to own your performance, which feels stressful at times.
