Pros
The working environment is good for the most part, flexible working times between 6:30 and 9:00am to 3:30 and 6:00pm. Some good people to work with.
Cons
Mismanaged (management styles are out dated and show no real results) Orders are followed blindly even if they impact the product in a negative way. No room for growth in specific departments. Using promotions as a false motivation tool. (dangling a carrot ) Micromanagement A mentality of be happy with what you have and don't ask for more
