Able to achieve work-life balance. Bosses welcome constructive initiatives. Colleagues and bosses are friendly. There are long serving staff who are receptive to changes. Cosy environment. Staff are encouraged to upgrade both their technical and soft skills.

Outdated work processes. Too much manual work. Staff benefits are way below par. Lousy annual increment. Very uneven caliber of staff, so it takes more time to implement changes.
