      Cons

      Unrealistic expectations, micromanagement, favoritism, racism, internal HR. The president of HR is BFFS with ALL of the regional property managers (she used to be president of multi-family so she hired all of them) All of the regionals have a favorite, the company is mostly women and very gossip oriented.

      Pros

      If you’re interested in real estate then this is a good entry level company to start with.

      Cons

      Wasn’t really trained hands-on, just attended training sessions and was expected to remember info from that.
