Pros
Thompson Gray takes great care of their employees and recognizes we are the face of the company. Their pay and benefits are very competitive. The support given to employees is far and above what I have experienced in other companies or have heard of other companies offering.
Cons
The company has employees supporting the Federal government in many geographically dispersed locations. In some cases, only 1 or 2 employees are embedded with the client which makes team comradirie within the company a challenge.
