A demanding environment with a fast pace is no place for a laid-back attitude. • We're expected to be proactive and contribute our ideas, and we're not paid to just wait around. • As the company is growing rapidly, by the time a process is agreed upon, it is already old news, so we are expected to be flexible and agile.
