Pros

Great candidate experience: very clear process and timelines. The interviews were very professional and were conducted in person and online, followed by a case study. Feedback and debrief calls were regularly conducted. Great atmosphere and environment in the office; very supportive colleagues.

Cons

I have not noticed any cons.

Pros

• I appreciate the fast-paced environment, where my attitude and entrepreneurial spirit are nurtured and drive me to work with maximum efficiency in a field I am very passionate about: impact investing. • Being surrounded by hands-on and driven colleagues with great talent and the fact that the gender ratio at all levels is close to 50% is something I find remarkable. • The company is growing rapidly and recent hires complement the spirit and culture that we can and should all actively create.

Cons

• The cons are basically part of the pros, so please think of it as a combination. You can't have one without the other. Not in any company! A demanding environment with a fast pace is no place for a laid-back attitude. • We're expected to be proactive and contribute our ideas, and we're not paid to just wait around. • As the company is growing rapidly, by the time a process is agreed upon, it is already old news, so we are expected to be flexible and agile.
